Return Policy

For Handmade Items

Returns will be accepted ONLY for defect in construction, within 30 days of delivery date provided by the shipping company tracking. Refund will be given in the manner of original payment.

We may require you to send pictures of the damage. If it is apparent that the damage was done due to improper handling (described in the insert included with weighted items), we retain the right to refuse refund. Weighted items that have been improperly handled are not eligible for return/refund.

Custom Orders

No returns/refunds will be issued for custom orders. Some exceptions may apply; contact us for details.

For Other Merchandise

Damaged upon arrival: We inspect all of our items before shipping to ensure there is no damage prior to leaving our possession. If an item arrives damaged, you MUST contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery date. Immediately upon inspection of a damaged package or item, please take pictures of the item and shipping materials, including all visible damage. Our packages are insured against damage through the shipping carrier. Upon notification, we will begin a damage claim on your behalf with the shipping company. If your package was shipped via UPS or USPS, please note: UPS and USPS sometimes require inspection of the package before issuing an insurance claim. They may require a representative of their company to visit your residence and inspect the package. Please keep all packaging in the manner in which it was delivered until further instructions or the claim is completed. 

Other merchandise returns: We will gladly accept returns of defective merchandise. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery date for a refund. Refund will be in the same form as original payment. You may be asked to return the item for a refund. In some instances, returning will not be required. 
For non-defective items, you will be required to return the items at your expense. Once we have received the item(s), we will issue a store credit for the transaction amount, minus shipping fees. 

One-Time Buys: All sales are final on One-Time Buy items. No refunds or returns accepted.
